Beginners often meet Astrology as a collection of statements: a planet in a house means one thing, a yoga means another, and a dasha promises a particular event. These rules can be useful building blocks, but a horoscope contains many indications operating together.
Connection Creates Meaning
A responsible reading considers the birth chart, planetary strengths and relationships, relevant divisional charts, dashas and transits. An indication may strengthen, modify or contradict another. Timing depends on whether the broader promise of the horoscope supports the event being considered.
