This policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, protected and retained when you contact AstroArts or use its consultation and learning services.

Information We May Receive
Depending on the enquiry or agreed service, AstroArts may receive contact details, city and country, preferred language, birth details, personal questions, family information, property location, layouts, photographs, project information, learning background, attendance, assessment, payment and invoice records.
Please share only information relevant to the enquiry and only information you are authorised to provide. Do not submit another adult's birth details, personal information, drawings or confidential project material without their knowledge or appropriate authority.
How Information Is Used
- To review and respond to an enquiry.
- To define scope, fee, scheduling and required information.
- To prepare and deliver an agreed Vastu, Astrology or learning service.
- To administer classes, mentoring, assessments and certificates.
- To maintain invoices, payment, tax, legal and security records.
- To protect AstroArts, its clients and students against fraud, misuse or disputes.
Communication and File Sharing
WhatsApp and info@astroarts.in are the intended communication and file-sharing routes. The website does not accept uploads. These services are operated by independent providers whose own privacy and security terms also apply.
Confidentiality and Sharing
Personal birth details, questions, family information, drawings, photographs and project information are handled with discretion. Information is not sold. It may be shared only where reasonably required with service providers supporting communication, hosting, payment, accounting or administration; where you authorise it; or where disclosure is required by law, safety, fraud prevention or protection of legal rights.
International Payments
Foreign transfers must use lawful banking or authorised payment channels. Payment providers and banks process transaction information under their own terms. The client or student bears applicable remittance, intermediary, foreign-exchange and payment charges unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
Retention
AstroArts retains personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, agreed service, follow-up, programme administration, certificate verification, security and applicable legal or accounting obligations.
- Inactive enquiries: normally up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication.
- Standard completed Astrology and Vastu working records: normally up to three years after the last consultation or follow-up, unless a longer project or lawful purpose applies.
- Ordinary learning and assessment records: normally up to three years; a minimal certificate-verification record may be retained longer.
- Tax, payment, legal, dispute and security records: for the applicable required period.
Your Requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of information by emailing info@astroarts.in. A request may be limited where information must be retained for tax, accounting, certificate verification, legal claims, fraud prevention or another lawful and necessary purpose.
Security and Limitations
Reasonable organisational and technical care is taken, but no internet, email, messaging, payment or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary identity documents, medical information or unrelated confidential material.
