Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Eligibility depends on whether preparation or service work has begun, reserved time, notice provided, and actual non-recoverable costs.

Before Commencement

If a cancellation is accepted before horoscope preparation, Vastu analysis, consultation work, classes or mentoring begins, the fee may be refunded after deducting actual non-recoverable bank, payment-platform, remittance, currency-conversion, travel, material or third-party charges.

After Commencement

Once horoscope preparation, Vastu analysis, consultation work, a course or the relevant mentoring month has begun, the fee is not refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or AstroArts agrees in exceptional circumstances.

If AstroArts Cannot Deliver

If AstroArts cannot provide the agreed paid service, the service will be rescheduled or the genuinely undelivered portion will be refunded, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

Rescheduling

  • One Astrology consultation or individual mentoring-session rescheduling request may be accepted with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
  • One-to-one Live Class rescheduling follows the 24-hour notice rule.
  • A batch class continues if an individual student is absent; an available recording may be used.
  • Unused Monthly Mentoring sessions expire at month-end, except for an accepted genuine emergency or AstroArts-initiated rescheduling.
  • A Vastu site-visit rescheduling request requires at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability and the confirmed engagement terms.
  • Committed travel, accommodation, local transport and other non-recoverable third-party costs remain payable.

International Payments

Published USD fees are net amounts payable to AstroArts. Payment, banking, remittance, intermediary and foreign-exchange charges are borne by the client or student. A refund cannot include charges or exchange losses AstroArts did not receive or cannot recover.

Udemy Purchases

Purchases made through Udemy are governed by Udemy's current platform policies. AstroArts cannot override Udemy's pricing, access, cancellation or refund rules.

Any refund is normally returned through the original lawful payment route where feasible. Applicable tax, invoice and accounting treatment will be handled according to the relevant requirements.
