Terms & Conditions
These general terms apply to enquiries and services provided by AstroArts. A confirmed engagement, course or mentoring arrangement may include additional scope-specific terms.

Enquiry and Acceptance
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed appointment, consultation, site visit, course admission, mentoring place or professional fee. A service begins only after AstroArts confirms the scope, fee, taxes, payment terms and next step and the client or student accepts them.
Information Supplied
You are responsible for providing accurate and authorised information. Vastu conclusions depend on the drawings, direction, coordinates, photographs, access and project information supplied. Astrology interpretation depends on birth-data accuracy. Uncertainty must be disclosed.
Fees, GST and Payments
Published fees are indicative only where stated and may be revised before acceptance. GST is additional wherever applicable. International fees are quoted in USD unless confirmed otherwise. Payments must use lawful banking or authorised payment platforms. Bank, remittance, intermediary, foreign-exchange and payment charges are borne by the client or student.
Vastu Services
Deliverables vary with the property and agreed scope. A marked drawing may or may not be provided. Recommendations are advisory and must be coordinated with the appointed architect, engineer, MEP consultant, contractor, safety professional and other qualified specialists. Changes in property, layouts, project stage, visit requirements or number of options may require revised scope and fee.
Astrology Services
Consultations are interpretive and question-led within the agreed scope. A long session may cover the approved personal, family or compatibility scope, but it does not create unlimited continuing support. Birth-time rectification, additional horoscopes or later questions may require separate work.
Learning Services
Schedule, batch size, fee, access, recording availability, resources, assessment and certification requirements are confirmed for the applicable programme. Students must not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post or use course material, recordings or another person's chart without authorisation.
Respectful Conduct and Confidentiality
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, unauthorised recording, confidentiality violations, payment fraud or misuse of course material may lead to suspension or termination, subject to the work performed, applicable law and a proportionate resolution.
Intellectual Property
AstroArts website content, teaching materials, reports, graphics, recordings and original methods remain protected. Personal use within the agreed service does not transfer ownership or grant republication or commercial reuse rights.
Limitation and Governing Principles
No outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, AstroArts is not responsible for decisions made without appropriate independent professional advice or for consequences of inaccurate, incomplete or unauthorised information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
