Cancellation and Refund policy
To reduce last-minute cancellations and the risk of “chargebacks” from customers, it is always a good idea to have cancellation and refund policy. Below are our cancellation and refund Policies please read them carefully.
1. Due to limited seating, If you need to cancel the appointment in some case, we request you to cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled meeting. This gives us the opportunity to fill the slot. If you need to cancel your consultation because of some unavoidable reasons, you may do so either by a phone call or an Email. If you cancelled any service 24 Hours before scheduled timing then already made payment shall be used as credit amount in our records for your future consultations. However refund may not be possible in this case or if it is not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
2. If we need to reschedule your consultation time, You will be informed 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot. The same Consultation shall be taken up as soon as possible as per your convenience.
3. If any cancellation is made from AstroArt, full payment will be refunded within 7 working days of cancellation of service without any interest.
4. To comply with all Indian laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the India through the service.
