Solar Eclipse 2024

Solar Eclipse, April 8, 2024

Total Solar Eclipse is scheduled for April 8, 2024

The Total Solar Eclipse is scheduled for April 8, 2024. Astronomers, stargazers, and photographers will find this to be a fantastic chance, as they eagerly await to capture the moment of moon covering the, whole sun.

The eclipse on April 8, 2024, would be a total solar eclipse, meaning that the Moon’s shadow would totally cover the Sun at the peak of the eclipse. Four minutes and twenty-eight seconds would be the longest totality period. This is going to occur on Somvati Amavasya, which is just one day before to the start of Chaitra Navratri.

The United States, Canada, and Mexico would all be able to see the total solar eclipse.

North America, a few western regions of Europe, the Pacific, Atlantic, and Arctic oceans, as well as the northern coastal regions of South America, would all be able to see the partial solar eclipse.

Several well-known cities where a total solar eclipse can be seen include Gomez Palacio in Mexico, Hamilton, Kingston, and Sherbrooke in Canada, and Austin, Indianapolis, and Waco in the United States.

India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Afghanistan, Fiji, Mauritius, United Arab Emirates, and other Asian nations would not be able to see any of the eclipse. Additionally, the majority of Europe, Australia, Africa, and the South Atlantic Ocean would not be able to view any of the eclipse.

So, as per astrology whatever precautions are generally advised to be taken on the day of eclipse are not applicable in India.

As there is no visibility of eclipse in India so, there will not be any beginning or ending of Sutak as it doesn’t exist in India.
